These are the preferred vendors we have established tax exempt accounts with. It is not an endorsement of any particular company’s products or services.  

If a team must use a vendor not listed below, they must ensure the vendor supports online tax-exempt purchases and is located in the U.S. Note that it may take some time to get an account set up as tax-exempt. 

Teams should avoid purchasing items from suppliers outside of the U.S. due to long lead times, excessive shipping costs, import duties and frequently defective items
